The owners were very polite; however, their staff were not & rude.
Negatives:
Room was quite dark; only 2 table lamps & bedside. The tub running drips constantly with alot of water wasted. The overhead light in bathroom was out so dark also. Reported both issues pronto but they never were fixed.

Location as expected, breakfast not really good, just a few sweet rolls and juice. Nothing much to choose from.

When I first checked in I was given a very bad room . i.e. a hole in the wall, very dirty along the wall. Mold on ceiling. I know they have been refurbishing the rooms, but they shouldnt have given me that one.

My room had very little in way of hot water. Neither in the sink or shower despite letting it run for more than 10 minutes. It was barely tepid at best and cold at the worst. Turned all the way to hot and never added cold water and I got out shivering. AC LEAKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE CARPET and resulted in wet suitcases and shoes.

The hotel is not clean. Pool felt like it is in the middle of the raod and very dirty. In the name of fresh breakfast, we were served gas station frozen food.
