I did not stay. Hotel wanted to charge me a deposit at check-in.
Negatives:
I got charged $25 as a no show even though I was in their lobby at 3:30 yesterday. They said I was supposed to cancel the reservation through you although my reservation said on your website no cancelation after Monday. I am so frustrated. Please let me know what I should have done differently because the hotel is blaming booking.com for his horrible service. Also the hotel clerk called me a bitch on the phone today. I am beyond mad. I have contacted choice hotels corporate twice now. Hopefully this is resolved by someone soon.

Positives:
Breakfast was good. Need a control system of who comes in and eats breakfast...saw several people off the street come in and help themselves. Staff is very kind. Beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom could have been cleaner... shower was not clean, floor not swept, dirty towel left on the back of the door. Hallways smell horrible! Body odor and musty.
