Negatives: Made reservation in September with early checkin request- contacted by hotel 3x before arriving with note of early arrival (had a function to attend) and yet it was not ready- poor customer service at check-in and Saturday’s housekeeping was rude and disdainful - took used towels to her and requested fresh- she was basically hateful
