Negatives: Everything tub was dirty and had a brown stain in it. Sink was half way hang off the wall. It smell like a fresh can of microwave booty and mold. A lot of drug activities was happening. I thought I was on a reality television show.

Positives: The place was run down and falling apart. The first room that was assigned had the floor in the bathroom with severe water damage and holes in the flooring. The second was not much better. Missing flooring in the room, run down and just sad. The area was somewhat sketchy. Run , don't walk away from this property......RUN

Negatives: The carpet is very old and loose in spots that move when you walk. The shower only sprayed a single stream of water. The tub was sinking and the bathroom floor had a screw that I scraped my foot on. The bathroom door was torn up and three was black mold on the shower curtain. They also had reading light mounted to the headboard that were broken and the lighting in the room was dim
