Positives: Nothing it was disgusting!!!

Negatives: Everything the floors were red carpet I think I'm not sure because it was so black and sticky it was nasty. There were cockroaches everywhere had to keep light on didn't even keep my stuff in the room took it right back out!

Positives: Had a reservation, had a confirmation, clerk wouldn't honor it. Wanted to charge more for the room. I argued with clerk that it was wrong to play those games. Was there with a group but most were somewhere else. Anyway I told group about my experience and their not going to get their business either. Another thing is that occasionally I stop in Jackson TN and take care of business matters so they wont be getting me as a repeat customer. I really don't understand someone who would've had a customer who would stay 2 nights and turning me away and have that room stay empty?? Anyway not a good way to run a business. Later on after hours when I was already somewhere else they sent me an email to come back. Too late and goodbye. I don't recommend this place to anyone so don't be upset if the same happens to you when you've been traveling and tired and you don't want to play silly games. Just book somewhere else so you don't have to get frustrated and go somewhere else like I did and will continue to do if the price that they advertise they wont honor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
