Did not get any reward point for my two rooms to maintain silver or gold status and earn free stays. No yoguart or milk. Eggs, potatoes and sausage were cold.

Honestly, we were somewhat disappointed with the king mattress. Having stayed in many Hampton hotels over the years, it just wasnt up to the comfort level we have found in most Hampton Inns. Also, the sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off. Disappointing.

When I got there to check into my room nobody was at the front desk. I waited approximately 6 or 7 minutes. Before I called the front desk phone and let it ring until it just timed out about 10 minutes and hung up on me
..then another customer came in and he looked around. I called beck and it rang for about 7 additional minutes before the lady showed up and said she had to help another guest in his room.. a little fishy.. besides that fiasco it was good
