Positives:
I have been going to this motel since 2019 and I have always brought my dog she 11 years old. Not one time was I ever told if I went somewhere take your dog with you that you can't leave her in the room by herself. Which makes no sense at all.
Negatives:
Well Friday,Saturday me and my husband left we didn't take her with us.Nothing was said. well Sunday got up went to church with my family.Came back to the room to check on lucy.outside all of once the lady that owns the hotel jump all over me.
Negatives:
There was a power outage, I was informed that the city would have a power outage at 10:00 pm for about 5 or more hours. The power didn't come back. The Hotel does not have backup generators to restore the power in case of a power outage.
Positives:
The location was perfect for us as we were traveling across contry. The desk clerk was friendly and respectful. The price was fair. Everything in the room was in working condition. The king mattress was comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast selections were very limited. So we just grabbed a couple of granola bars and a cup of coffee. The room was basically clean but could use a more thorough cleaning and handyman once over. For example, the bathroom tile and caulking was discolored, needing to be replaced and recaulked, bathroom needs to be repainted, baseboards cleaned, front room door repainted and freshened up.

Breakfast was one gallon of milk two cereals and coffee. Juice machine didn't work. I took a picture of the nothingness if u want to see. Manager was away from the front desk a sign was posted on the locked front door When I went to complain. I feel I paid for something I didn't receive

Shower curtain could be cleaned or replaced. Breakfast was non-existent almost even though the site says "Grab & Go" - only apple/orange juice & poor coffee - no pastries, no fruit, nothing.

The room was very dirty, bugs behind the bed and tables where the plug ins are. A dirty Q-tip on floor by the bed, hairs in the bathroom, definitely not a clean room. Stayed in much cleaner rooms that cost less. Luckily it was just a quick overnight stay for some rest.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our terrier on our way see the Ark Experience. The price was very reasonable. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean. It is an older structure with no frills but a clean safe place to stay at a reasonable price and with places to eat within walking distance.
