I had to ask 3 times for additional pillows, because 2 of the pillows on the bed were feather pillows and my guest is allergic to feather pillows. Then the soap on the wall in the shower was empty. And then to start my morning off as rough as possible. The cartridge for the coffee pot in the room was missing.
