When entering the hotel lobby on arrival there was an overpowering musty/ damp smell. Our room (ground floor) smelt damp and even with the windows open after 20 minutes, it got no better. Spoke to the receptionist about moving rooms but the hotel was full. She said she was aware of the damp smell and understood why we wanted to move. She arranged for a refund and we left.

Location was fine. The room was clean. I am a licensed Pest Control technician. I saw no bedbugs or any other kind of insects, I looked!
Breakfast was good, the server was fantastic.
Negatives:
I was a little put out that our flight was delayed and we were not able to check before midnight as planned. The night clerk said we were bumped, but was able to get us back in at 4:30 Am.
He said I should have called. There was no phone number on the app.
No phone in the room either.
No convenient way to get another wash cloth...
No bell at the front desk, so to get a clerk I had to shout out and hoped they would hear me.
Bells aren't very expensive...
Room 201 was a wobbly toilet. You sit down, I'm less than 200 pounds, and the toilet rocked back and forth.

Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and the choices made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed.
Negatives:
This hotel is dirty. The hall carpets are badly stained, and feel grubby. The floor in our room was sticky and dirty.
There was VERY little light in our room. No overhead light, the desk lamp had a burned-out bulb, one wall sconce had a single lower watt bulb, and one lamp with a lower wattage bulb. When i asked for a different bulb at the desk, and for an additional lamp, the desk staff person said neither were available.
