Negatives:
Upon checking in, the front desk employee told me they didn’t have my reservation and that I’d have to contact Booking.com to figure out why. If it hadn’t been for another employee who was also at the front desk and willing to help me, I would have been stuck looking for a new hotel room at the last minute on a busy football Saturday. Thankfully she was able to provide my sisters and I with an available room at a similar rate. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this app anytime soon, nor will I be in a hurry to return to this same hotel.

breakfast was good. I would say above average for this type hotel. The hotel itself was very dated. Our sleeper sofa was broken and dirty.

The carpet is coming up in the hallway. It’s old and doesn’t fit. The door to our room is very loud and hard to open and close. The room had a strange smell and was designed strange (random mirror and lights in strange spot - it seemed very thrown together. We were passing through so the hotel served its purpose as a place to crash but over priced for what we stayed in.
