Positives: The person that checked us in was fairly nice.

Negatives: There was a pungent smell through the hotel. The room had a smell that seemed like it was covering a different smell. The front lobby area was under renovations. Therefore, the breakfast area was not available. They had toast and coffee.

Positives: Location have stayed there before

Negatives: Massive reconstruction underway effecting lobby and breakfast room effectively closing it and substituting grab a go out of a closet. Bare concrete floors and open holes in floor to access plumbing. Construction dust tracked throughout the hotel resulting in my feet getting dirty walking around the room. Carpet in room not vacuumed demonstrated by bits of material visible on the surface. had to kill two beetles hanging out on ceiling. I will not return.
