Poor lighting in main living area. No towel bars in bathroom! No shelves in shower. Shower gel container had been broken off the wall and left on shower floor. Maid didnt report or staff ignored her report. One washcloth was stained. Front desk was friendly.

The breakfast was good for what it was, the pancakes could be fresh but other than that there were good options.

Taking the time to actually clean the rooms people check out of. You can tell when a room was cleaned in less then 20 mins. There shouldnt leftover spit on the bathroom mirror from someone brushing their teeth(yuck) and something THAT noticeable what else wasnt cleaned? We checked in after 5 and by 10 that night my girls socks were black. How long has it been since the floors were cleaned? And the sofa bed was dirty also, from crumbs and hair under the couch and under the mattress if youre gonna have pets at least be thorough. For $360 the room shouldve been way cleaner. It was disgusting, overall we did get the problem addressed by the cleaning crew later that morning while out but it shouldve been done right the first time.

Looks refurbished or new-ish. Our room seemed unfinished with an open wall cutout where an electrical box might go and an empty closet alcove (a closet / armoir was out in the living area, not in the bedroom)
