Negatives:
Arrived in pouring rain, with family and bags. Neither front desk nor anyone out front offered an umbrella or to help. We were soaked by the time we got in, and the hotel staff literally looked away. Also, main in house restaurant is "closed on Sundays", according to the photocopied paper taped to the front desk. Website says it's open 7 days a week... After 10 hours in the car, to have to figure out local restaurants is a pain. Room service is what we wanted. Breakfast was ok but dining area was dirty. Overall, just seems more like a generic motel experience than a $250 downtown hotel. We expected a lot more.
