Kitchen and some reception staff were friendly but we had an issue with one of our bookings it was not recognised and staff did not do their best to resolve.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very nice and convenient location, easy access to all your needs. Good breakfast, they could use more people to make food and fill empty jug of milk and pot of coffee!
Negatives:
I have stayed in this hotel before and most of the time had the room in the same area on the same floor. This time the room was too noisy, some motor like noise. We had no time to complain and change the room. I am sure hotel would have solved the issue if we had let them know about the noise.

Great location, beautiful room. My husband and I stopped in here for one night during our road trip. The room was very clean and spacious. We also had our dog with us. We ordered room service and it was delicious. The breakfast was also great in the morning.
Negatives:
We werent aware of the $75 charge for our dog until we arrived at the hotel. Honestly I think $75 is overpriced for the amount of time we actually stayed in this room. I dont mind paying a fee but you should be made aware of this before booking and the amount should be less. Even though the room was great, i dont think Id want to pay this again when other hotels we stayed at didnt charge us anything for our dog.
