Rooms were adorable! I LOVED the room key cards! All the local touches were just so much fun and made the stay quite memorable. Location was perfect, we walked right over to Neyland stadium. The free water was awesome!

For over a thousand a night we were surprised to have to unload our own luggage. No help from the valet/bellhops. Slow service at breakfast. Never refilled water or came back to check on us at Saloon 16.
