The sweet lady who checked us in was great

We were there for the Morgan Wallen concert and asked 3 separate times for a roll away bed for my husband. We were told at check in that this was an option. We asked at checkin at 130, again around 5pm and then at 330am when we arrived back for the night. The rude front desk person at 330 said there was no mention of the roll away bed on our account and the couch pulled out so we should do that. We got back up the room and the couch didn’t pull out. At that point it was 4am and my husband slept in a ball on the small couch so my mom and I could share the bed.

Breakfast was not what I expected it to be. Carpet looked dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable. Not outside area for guest to sit. Snacks were expensive a candy bar cost $3.00

The very friendly front desk staff was the best part of our stay! They were very accommodating and helpful.
Negatives:
I paid over $ 300.00 per night for a tiny room with very hard uncomfortable bed. The location is not a huge plus even if you are going to a vols game like we did. The towels were very thin, not the thick plush towels you would expect for 300.00 a night. The parking is $ 20.00 a day which is pure profit for them. The parking garage is so small and the parking spots was so tight which made it very hard to get out of a parking spot. The breakfast is not anything special at all. The reviews I read about the hotel and the breakfast was very mid-leading. On Saturday morning the breakfast attendants were overwhelmed with the amount of people that was there eating breakfast. I went to get some coffee and it was completely out and the breakfast potatoes was out also. The front desk employees were the best part of our stay.This is a very noisy hotel.
