Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our reservation was for 3 nights originally and we had an emergency and had to leave. My wife called down to see if we could cancel our last night and she was told it was too late. We made it home and when I got my online receipt I noticed we were only charged for the 2 nights we stayed. I know they didn't have to do that but it was very nice.
