Property and restaurant were fine until I couldn’t get breakfast in the morning after traveling two days. Seriously should have been informed at check in that only brunch was available with reservations. No breakfast menu.
I weigh 93 pounds, I can’t eat buffet food. The Starbucks selection was minimal and I don’t like their food or drinks.
You need to find a way to accommodate guests that want a simple scrambled egg and a slice of toast without paying for a buffet. I would have gladly paid for the room service, but I had zero option to do that.

Loved it it was super clean and bed was very comfortable.

Bathtub faucet would not switch to shower mode. Didn’t mess with our stay due to arriving early early AM and leaving just a few hours later at checkout. These things should be checked for quality assurance between each guest tho.

I didn’t like how our room was given away so we were downgraded. Was not reimbursed anything. The room we had was an executive room, so you had to have a key to even get on the floor. The staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal to just accept it. Was not informed of all the extras that was purchased with the room, nor reimbursed for any of that either.
