Positives:
The room was really nice and the staff was really helpful. Dinner at the hotel was good.
Negatives:
The hotel appears to be in the process of changing ownership, and there seemed to not be a lot of selection at the bar. Also, there was a large wedding party at the hotel, and the guests were rather loud late into the night.

Everything seemed clean although a little dated in some areas.
Negatives:
Carpet and some furniture was a little worn but some things were recently remodeled.

The staff was very kind but it seems as though they were understaffed. The room was really clean and I appreciated the little things - coffee, soaps, etc.
Negatives:
The pool was nice enough but it was small and middle school teens had taken it over and were swearing and taking up a lot of space. It was disappointing for the younger child I had in my party who did not feel she could swim.

Location near highway convenient.

Hotel was very dated. It was more of a 2.5 star hotel versus the 3.5 we expected.

It was quiet. Although it was close to the interstate, I didn't hear any road noise. It seemed like the parking lot was full, but I heard very few people in the hotel.

They could do better with the complimentary coffee.

For the 1st time in my disabled life a floorplan that works for me-the door to my room was right by the elevator. The room was spacious the roll-in shower was perfect for me. When I realized I had forgotten my shower chair Holiday Inn provided one for me.

easy on and off the interstate as we went to U of T campus.

We had a problem with our first room. The woman at the desk quickly gave us another room that was perfect.
Negatives:
I didnt like being put in a room that pets use. I have allergies.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was very pleased with the comfortable bed and pillows. the breakfast was good so we could continue on our trip immediately.
