the two young lady's behind the desk were really rude to my son and I! Whenever I asked something they acted like it was a bother My son fracture his back and his doctor said swimming would be great for his bac and so i made sure i reserved a hotel room with an indoor pool and after I checked in they didn't say the pool was closed for lightning or anything when i asked why the key card was working she was rude saying closed for lighting should of told that since it was not raining when we were going down then the key card didn't work in our room

There was a dirty towel in the bathroom from the last person who stayed there and it looked like they didn’t vacuum the room. I definitely tossed that nasty towel right out the door.

Everything. I took photos, it was bad. I am disabled and they didn't accomodate me and I had a panic attack then suddenly they could accomodate me. The spa and pool were cloudy and the spa had white stuff floating on it and smelled like rotten meat, the hotel was dirty and outdated. The bathroom vent didn't work, the shower head didn't work(room 245) the shower didn't have a curtain, the fridge didn't work (room 250)

Very nice and comfortable room and staff was friendly. Also, great breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Was also in a convenient location with easy access to the interstate and convenient to Parkwest Hospital where my wife was hospitalized

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. It is a convenient location and as an added bonus had a bar/restaurant on-site. On this visit we were told that there was new ownership. They no longer had a liquor license, so no drinks at the bar. Breakfast was not included for the price of the stay. The paid for breakfast was sub-par for the cost. Staff was not very helpful.
