I booked for 3 adults, a king bed and a sofa bed. I called from the road to ask that the room be ready. I could not understand the attendant, he did not speak english I guess. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made. The sheets and comforter were not in the room. I had to go to reception and stand in line behind 4 other guests with similar problems. It took me an hour to get ready for bed.
