Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Staff was rude what we could understand, they didn't speak English very well. They weren't helpful, they were dismissive, and the customer service was horrible. Needed special cookware to use their "induction stove top" and wasn't informed at check in about the matter, didn't provide the cookware, and acted like we were bothering them asking any questions about how to use the equipment.

OMG it was so delapidated, depressing and dodgy. I don’t know how it received enough good reviews for me to have booked it. Extremely noisy on the side facing the freeway. Supposedly under renovation but it is full of people who can’t find rental accommodation, workers, etc. Everyone deserves a roof over their head but this was not as depicted when I booked. I felt unsafe.

My room was clean and they also allowed my dog so I’m grateful for that

I know that this is an extended stay for people working out of town but since I did bring my service dog I had to make sure he went out. But the property needs to be cleaned and on occasion we wondered upon what looked like drug paraphernalia on the ground I’m glad I didn’t have my family with me so e I was traveling for work. The staff was a little unwelcoming as well since I had my dog.

Going through booking.com was a mistake. I paid on my end. However they didn’t fulfill their end. I had to find another hotel at 9pm. Due to poor customer service. Now, trying to get reimbursed.
