Positives:
Not much..towels are stained, the tub had cigarette burns on it They tried to charge us for smoking in the room, which we DID NOT! DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY THERE!
Negatives:
They have a hidden $100.00 fee. You don't know about til you go to reserve the room. The first room we had stains all over the comforters sheets old and worn. I killed a roach while in that room. The second room the beds was a little better. Nasty!

The housekeeper is a very sweet lady. Now on the other hand there is a young grl that works the front desk since we have been here it just seems like whenever she speaks to us its about a "complaint" and it seem's 2 be only when she is working but wevhave been here 3 or 4 days now and so far thats how it seems to be to us and its not right because the conplaint we got tiday was totally false we never have arw dog off the leash and IF she is ofd the leash out inpublic it is for a VERY short time like not even 5min! and this is why we have her on a leash bwcause we sont want "cinplaints idk how there was a complaint already thjs a.m. bot even 10am yet whwn my dog hasnt even been outajde yet....But other then that roon ia clean the facility is clean, the one time i have been down to get the breakfast that was very gd . all and all its a nice olace to stay u cant let 1 peraon define something ...

We chose this property due to price, availability of a one night stay and proximity to University of Tennessee campus after a football game.
Negatives:
This is more a motel than a hotel. The room doors are off the parking lot. It is an old property that is being maintained and cleaned with minimum investment and effort. My wife and 17 yo son checked in around 10:30 at night after spending the day visiting our daughter and going to a UT game. On check in I had to pay a $100 cash deposit and then retrieve my deposit in the morning and wait 10 minutes while they went to check my room for damage or misbehavior. If I was 21, Id get the deposit policy I guess, but Im 49. Come on. It was a needless hassle. The room smelled like smoke and had linoleum floors that were mostly swept and mopped. The bathtub drain had rust around it. We had two towels for three people. The breakfast was sparse and we went somewhere else to eat. The booking said two queen beds but they were doubles. All little things but they add up. It was not terrible and served the purpose of an affordable room near campus for one night on a game weekend, but know what you are getting.

I didnt appreciate the fact we were told a breakfast came with the room and when we showed up everything was gone. We say the staff sitting around finishing off the breakfast. The lady at the front desk was not the friendliest. The pillows and the bed were extremely hard, but clean.
