Negatives: The smell in the hallway and the pool isn’t heated.

Negatives: There is no hot water in the sink and there was a desk chair that the upholstery was just worn out. We checked in around 5 o’clock I think, but did not actually go in the room for any length of time until nearly 11 o’clock that evening. When we discovered there was no hot water in the sink I wasn’t changing rooms. We just dealt with it not really helping the value for the money.

Negatives: Noisy by I 40. Carpets in hall way smelled like puke Night clerk was not friendly Heater in room was so noisy

Negatives: Front desk person. No breakfast. No elevator. Am handicapped. Took long time to go upstairs. Second floor was only rooms available. How do you get away with no elevator? NEVER AGAIN. Will report.

Negatives: Corridor was smelling bad, my room was smelling like cigarette.

Negatives: The bed was hard as a rock.

Negatives: From the moment i stepped in the hotel, the receptionist was very unpleasant, didn’t greet me, acknowledged me at all, he had an attitude like i was there for free and he is doing me a favour . When he decided that he wants to come to the window, he came with the straight face like something was wrong. I stayed for 4 days, and every time when I came back to the hotel I was met by a deadly stare from the receptionist, from all three of them that I saw. Room smells like a non ventilated basement, humidity was terrible. When I asked the cleaning lady to open the window because it was broken she asked me why do i want the window open. She barely spoke any English. She helped me at least. The stains on every sheet, every towel. Cleanliness: 0 Location: 0 Hospitality of the reception: -0 One more time the staff at the window-office-reception are the worst, they would look at you like they wanna attack you or something. Never coming back here or at a Red Roof establishment ever again.

Negatives: Filthy. Very run down. Had an odor. Caution tape around outside pillars at entry. Bed was old, and very creaky. You could feel the metal Inside mattress. Pillows were thin and flat, and hard. NO COFFEE no breakfast no elevator no nothing. Not worthy of the chain name.
