Positives: Pros; The pillows were great. Only had interstate noise and not people noise. The floor was laminate and not carpet. Liked the area, restaurants and shopping close.

Negatives: Cons; The room smelled heavily like a chemical perfume. The source was a freshener mounted on the wall called chem clean). The breakfast is is dry cereal, bread, and store bought mini rolls. The room was very small and the floors were filthy.
