There was no awning/cover for loading and unloading vehicles. It was pouring rain when I arrived, and had two small parrots that I had to transport in small cages that didn't fit on the luggage cart at the same time.

The staff was friendly, is the only good thing I can say. Glad this wasn't my 1st stay at a TRU or I would not be back.

I called the morning of check in and requested a room close to the elevator due to my husband having breathing issues that make walking long distances difficult, and I was told absolutely, no problem informed them we would be arriving around 10pm. When we arrived they tried to charge us 400 dollars said booking.com hadnt paid them so untill they received payment we would not get a room. Upon me insisting the room was paid for and showing my payment he finally found it. We were assigned the last room on the hall the furthest from the elevator. The shower was broken and had mold. Tiles were coming off the baseboards. Toilet was not properly installed, had no seal and would wiggle when you sat on it. Room 129 is the loudest room.

Positives:
Very clean and staff were very nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast on Saturday was 7am. My Saturday event started at 7am as well. therefore, I was unable to get complimentary breakfast but had to purchase it.
Positives:
Paper thin walls. Loud noise from the highway. Loud noises from the guests. Maybe the builder could have added some sound proofing between the rooms. You could actually hear the conversations from the people next door.
