Negatives: first glance was good, but I noticed details like desk lamp was covered.in surface rust, paint in bathroom was sloppy and top of baseboards very dirty/dusty. drawer front on dresser missing as was one of the pillows on my bed. Exterior parking lot lamp post was laying in the bushes but still on .

Negatives: Newly refurbished room. Clean bathroom!

Negatives: Tv was kinda old could not connect it to my lap top or fire stick

Negatives: Very old and out dated. Curtains were falling in the window. Just pretty nasty. Sofa was very disgusting. Definitely didn't sit on it

Negatives: I recently had a truly horrendous stay at this hotel from the moment I checked in. Cleanliness Issues I was horrified to find blood on the shower curtain and feces on the bathroom door, a dead bug by the coffee pot that appeared to have been there a while, and there was feces on the floor and walls. To make matters worse, there was either feces or vomit on the bed! It was absolutely unacceptable. Smoke Smell in a Non-Smoking Room Despite booking a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was very strong, making it hard to breathe. I had to purchase deodorizing spray from the gas station nearby, which did not work to cover the stench. This was far from a fresh environment. Damp Towels ALL of the towels provided were damp. When going to the front desk to request new towels, I was told that they only had three left available and we were four guests. But it's not like we used the shower after seeing the blood-stained curtain anyway. This was incredibly frustrating, as I expected basic amenities. Poor Customer Service I tried to cancel my stay due to these issues, but I was informed that I needed to speak with the manager in the morning. The front desk staff was uncaring and unhelpful. To date, I have not received a refund. Conclusion Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. It was the most unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I am sharing my experience with others to prevent them from facing similar issues. BE WARNED!

Negatives: They double booked the room and some very large scary looking man came in on me at 4:00 a.m.

Negatives: 3rd floor room facing roadway,,,trafic noise was so horrible we could not sleep 1st two nights ,,,,however noise settled down 3rd night and was tolerable.. sound proofing that those rooms on that side of the building would be a large improvement...
