Negatives: Property management and customer service reps are extremely rude and yell at customers without even listening to what the customer is asking. I will advise everyone I can from even thinking about staying here. I felt very scared and threatened by his behavior and his managers enablement without ever hearing the interaction.

Negatives: The staff couldn't Crack a smile if u had a comedy show in front of them! I was super disappointed that I asked specifically for an early check in got it approved and got there had to rearrange all of our plans because the bald man at the desk was mad that booking went into the site and allowed me to have an early check in. What a waste of our whole first day!
