The front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was very good and they had hot coffee out in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
My bed seemed to slant off to one side, and it made a lot of noise when you would turn over. It may have been off the track. I should have called down for assistance.

To UT Martin. The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast area.

The fitness center had equipment for show only. The power cords were actually cut out of them.
The breakfast was very limited.
For the price of the hotel, I expected more. I feel they were able to charge more because of location and the fact they were the only decent hotel in that town.
