Negatives: Paid for a “non-smoking” room, as soon as we opened the door, it wreaked of smoke. Then, we found a roach in the room. Not worth what we paid.

Negatives: Online, your site states that breakfast is included, but that is very misleading. The breakfast provided is minimal & skimpy, without any protein offered. I had the same cereal and bagels in my room that I could've eaten. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that we financially planned breakfast at the hotel & were unable to stick by that because the offered breakfast was awful. The pool was very small and shallow. That should be known prior to booking the stay. It was also very cold, I couldn't even swim; and although I asked staff to turn the temp up, they did not. The cabinets in our room were loose and wiggly, the mini-fridge had to be yanked on to open, the shower floor was stained terribly (as a cleaning lady, I know the stains would come out with some elbow grease), and the floor of the room itself made my feet dark brown on the bottom on our first night ~ NOT clean.

Negatives: Breakfast was only ok. We’ve had much better options at lesser priced hotels. I usually have protein at breakfast but was afraid the egg sandwich option would be pre-packaged, so I opted for a bagel which was plain, slightly warm and only grape jelly available. They did have quality cream cheese.

Negatives: The bed was terrible. The breakfast was almost insulting. I ordered a breakfast burrito, which was a 50c burrito from Walmart re-hearted in the microwave. Sure, there were other options, but that was just nasty, i had no way of knowing before i ordered it.
