Got in the room and went to get a hand towel and they were dirty. Took a picture and showed them.

The Staff was friendly and very attentive. He switched my remote that didn't work quickly.
Negatives:
The smell in the room also the shower and toilets had hair left in and on them. Furniture pieces were dusty for example Wall Portraits in the bathroom and room. The television cable box was dusty and the chair in the room was dusty as well. I believe they need to steam those carpets and use carpet freshener too.
