The staff. The quality of the food.

The lack of true restaurant hours. The hotel felt like a corporate check the box hotel.

ultimately we were moved to four different hotel rooms. There was no hot water! and at 730 AM housekeeping walked into our room without knocking and eight in the morning the morning began banging on the door yelling out housekeeping just to go next door

Its right in the heart of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just that we couldnt get new towels for our 4 night stay because they were out. It was understandable though so to it being booked for March madness.

The parking. 70 year old Seniors had to park in underground with no access to hotel. Had to walk outside and up several ramps to get to the entrance Our room sounded like we were in the middle of a nascar race. Could here cars, truck and motorcycles all night

Parking was with my reservation but I was informed I had to park across the street and pay additional fees for that parking. I was informed by the front desk attendant that at the end of my stay I would be reimbursed upon presenting my receipt. Denied.
