Room was clean and beds comfortable. AC unit worked great.
Negatives:
Rooms are very outdated and need a major facelift. The coffee maker and outlet in bathroom didnt work. Did see two smashed mosquito eaters on the wall. Only one of two elevators worked - took forever to wait on it.

Local Neighborhood is almost void of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.
