The things we like was we were across the road from gracelands, also there is a wicked chicken shop 100 yards up the road also marlowes is only a short trip away
Negatives:
The rubbish all around the hotel grounds, no facilities as advertised, dirty unsafe pool, fire/smoke alarm hanging off wall, not being advised that the property was under going major renovation, no tea and coffee facilities in room or in reception, no shower curtain, the list is long take a look at the photos

The hotel wasn't really ready yet still being remodeled. No shower curtains because they weren't delivered yet. Trash and construction materials everywhere. No place to hang anything because there are no hooks or closets.

Convenient but dusty
Positives:
We arrived and were told the air con in our room was broken. They offered a room with 1 bed only. We said no, cancel. The place smelt old and musty. The front grass verge hadn't been mowed. It was a very unappealing place. I was glad of the fact that things weren't working.
We ended up paying a lot more but stayed at the Graceland guest house which was fantastic.
I would not recommend days inn and its put me off staying at any days inns for the rest of my trip.
