The property is in dire need of an update, even refurbishing. The bathroom tub was sinking in the center, indicating that the floor was rotting away under it. And the ceiling above it also showed signs of subfloor issues beneath the up stairs tub. The cabinet doors were very worn around the edges. I also had trouble entering my room because the key card device worked intermittently. Lastly, one of the windows of my rental car was smashed the night before I checked out. What appeared to be a safe neighborhood turned out to be less so.

Property is old and need to be updated, they need a new cleaning team because the rooms are dirty and they have a bad roach problem in the bed and tub please be careful staying here

Entire stay was horrible.
Negatives:
Attempted to check-in but the wi-fi at this location was not working. I waited 30 minutes before noting that I had until 6 pm to cancel my reservation. I attempted to cancel my reservation with the receptionist and was told I was unable to do so but had to go through Booking.com. I attempted to cancel my reservation through Booking.com but was not given the option as it was the day of check-in. Having driven for 7 hours that day I did not want to wait until the wi-fi was fixed as it sounded it would be a while. I ultimately made a reservation at another location, for less money, and closer to the downtown area. However, I am still awaiting a refund. I have since had to open a dispute with my credit card company. While I am happy I was able to use Booking.com for alternative accommodations, the time it is taking them to correct this situation is frustrating to say the least and has me looking at alternative means of booking travel in the future.
Edit: Management responded that they take these matters seriously yet subsequently provided false information to my credit card company when they followed up with my dispute. This speaks volumes about how this hotel is managed and represents the type of management that Extended Stay of America utilizes. I can only imagine all responses made here are simply lip service and half-measures to make the appearance of actually addressing concerns.
I will not be booking a stay at any ESA for any future personal or business travel and will suggest that others follow suit
