Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Very Clean and Spacious rooms. Friendly Staff and a decent area. Serves breakfast.

Negatives: Keep in mind its right next to a highway so theres a bit of noise pollution. Breakfast was kinda misleading. Breakfast is from 6am-9:30am. Breakfast consists of Granola bars, pre packaged Blueberry and Chocolate muffins, Oatmeal packets, Coffee, Tea bags, hot water (for tea), regular coffee sweetener and vanilla coffee sweetener.
