Negatives: They should really try to have the second elevator fixed and operational. It has been out of service for a while, it seems, and one working elevator is not enough for a large hotel like it.

Negatives: One of the elevators was operating and from what we heard from frequent customers. It has been out of order for sometime.

Negatives: Extremely Rude staff.

Negatives: Evening staff were very rude.

Negatives: They should really advertise the noise around the building during the booking part of it. No noise proof windows / walls. Elevator was not working and no easy stairs to access the room.

Negatives: The facilities were very dated and not in line with the cost. There are newer nicer facilities in the same vicinity that costs the same or less. Location alone is not enough to justify the cost. The balcony was nice especially since the weather made sitting outside enjoyable but we had an interior balcony room so we only were able to look out into the hotels entry where cars load/unload. The room had a very, very strong perfume/air freshener scent that did not fade and that smelled as if it were there to mask another odor. The furniture in the living area was visibly stained. The chair had several dark spots and the sofa had one large soiled area. The bathroom still had hair on the floor behind the door. Breakfast was okay. Nothing to write home about. There were three hot options: sliced kielbasa sausage, scrambled eggs, and mini waffles. The rest was typical continental breakfast fare. It was most disappointing that the rooms gave more of a motel feeling than a luxury hotel.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Rooms were good, if a bit dull but too many things weren't working, ie the lift had been out for months, this caused huge problems as only 1 lift in such a large hotel is a big issue, the washing machine was broken as was the pool heating.
