Negatives: Dirty bathroom baseboard corners. Elevators dirty. No one controlled the unruly people in rooms loud kept people awake. I would never book there again from i was taken advantage of with 182.00 TV local channels and had to pay for cable.

Negatives: Customer service was mediocre. My room was filthy from the toilet, tub, floors, bedding all dirty. The air conditioner had an extremely amount of dust, refrigerator not working. Overall a total disaster for the price of almost $700.
