Our third stay in a month's time due to medical procedure; Room was clean this time and the air conditioner did not sound like it was going to kick the bucket at any moment this time. Each stay was in a different room.
Negatives:
The mattress needed an upgrade. The longer you layed on it the worse it got this time. The first two times we stayed here this month the mattresses were comfortable but there were other issues such as cleanliness the first night and noisy air conditioner the second time.

LOCATION! Had a medical procedure the next day and needed to be closer to facilitate appointment time.
Negatives:
9-12-24 The air Conditioner was off in the room when we first checked in. When we had unpacked and got ready for bed, we discovered why the air conditioner was off...it sounded as though it was about to explode...we had an early appointment, so it was too late to change rooms. The previous week 9-5-24 when we stayed for the first appointment the bed had lots of leg hairs on the sheets.....didn't look like they had been changed: only made the bed. So, we asked to be moved to another room and then that room had two rips in the sheets; just accepted that room and slept well. If we have any more appointments, we will be looking for another hotel close to the medical center. It's hard enough to sleep before a procedure, but when the air conditioner rattles all night, it makes it even harder to sleep.
