A guest reported that a car was stolen and a car was broken into on the hotels parking lot.

The hotel is nice and in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and a Target nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed ordering from the grille and eating in the big atrium. This is our second time staying here.
Negatives:
The bathrooms were not in great conditionnot that they weren't clean, but they were old and falling apart a little bit. Memphis, in general, feels unsafe, and we heard gunshots at night - but that is no fault of the hotel at all.

Most of the staff were amazing. I had no problem interacting with the staff. Some of them even went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Hotel is by a very busy highway, this shouldnt have been an issue, however the windows were so thin that you could hear the highway very clearly in the room. The windows fogged up, condensation, water beading down. Bed way too hard. Had body pain from it

The plumbing is a joke. Barely a stream out of sink faucet, low flow toilet, bathtub shower diverter only transferred out half of the water, and bathtub wouldnt drain well.
