The fact that the hotel staff wasn't concerned that my car was broken into while staying at their facility. Nobody came out to say anything they are not responsible for anything that happens at that hotel. Don't stay at this hotel your car will get broken into. Please go somewhere else. There were 12 other cars that were broken into that day. They will just do a police report and leave it alone.

Negatives:
We did not stay in the hotel. They overbooked and had no room for us. Staff had very bad manners, as if we were guilty for them having no rooms. Then they offered us a room that the hotel staff uses to rest. The room was stinky. After we refused the room we immediately saw people in and out of the room.
