Negatives: Only wish it had a microwave in the room

Negatives: The rooftop bar had been attractive to us when we booked but the reality was very different...it was very tired looking and a bit grubby.

Negatives: The rooftop bar sounded so promising but was a bit” tired” and uninviting. Great views from up there though

Negatives: All was good

Negatives: I wished the rooftop was open earlier.

Negatives: no tea of coffee making facilities in the room

Negatives: Nothing to complain

Negatives: Uninformed staff. Paid $75 per vehicle of 3 to park overnight. They didn’t tell us to park on 3rd floor. Next morning leaving for funeral we had boots on all vehicles, cost $50 each to get boots off. Asked front desk if they had coffee, she said yes but didn’t bother to show me where it was. Two ladies showed me. Front desk girl came over and said we have a 24 hour coffee bar. It consisted of a pump thermos and packets of cream and sugar. We asked if there were coffee stirrers she said yes but didn’t know where they were. The lady , who was also a customer, asked where is the breakfast bar? The front desk girl said the lady that does it didn’t come in today. I told the two other ladies about the parking boots. I said I can’t believe I had to pay 75 to park and then another 50 to get boots off. She said she only had to pay 20 and parked in the same garage across the street. As soon as we arrived the front desk gave me an envelope and told me these were the directions to the garage. I asked her where is it? She pointed across the street and told me to just make a u turn to get there and handed me the envelope. I told her I didn’t need directions to go across the street. What she should have said these are the INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT THE PARKING. Got to our room only had 2 towels and about a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Called downstairs no one answered. We had 2 rooms and a total of 7 people. I asked the other room if they needed anything, they didn’t. Went downstairs to find front desk clerk of her cell phone. After about a minute I said excuse me , I need more towels and toilet paper. She brought me the towels and said I’d have to come back for the paper, really. We divided to go out to eat and asked about the trolley, well it’s broke. She said they use golf carts, but didn’t bother to be informative on where to catch one. Asked about a good place to eat. We walked in the pouring rain to get there to find out they were closed.
