Being an accommodation assistant / supervisor / manager…in the hotel trade in the past myself…the rooms need attention when it comes to maintaining them…the hoovering should be looked at too…maybe some fruit at breakfast and better attention to hot water containers as they can be lukewarm..otherwise ok…

Very comfortable stay,I loved the breakfast it was yummy fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice. The room was very clean and up to date. It was very close to the airport and our destination Graceland and Beale Street.

The key card didn’t always work we have to slide it more than a few times to get the door to open.

Property was clean and room was decent and comfortable. The gated parking lot was a plus.
Negatives:
I was initially given a room, and the door was open with a used sock in the entrance. I had to request a room change immediately. This made me very apprehensive about my safety/security for the remainder of my stay… I only had one set of towels in the replacement room. My key deactivated at least twice over my two day stay, and I was only given one key. All the room keys work upside down, which was not initially communicated by the hotel staff. No vending, ice, etc. was located on my floor (4th), so that was inconvenient. There’s literally some amenity on every floor except the 4th.

Next day, your manager Emily that was on duty was horrifyingly, unprofessional, ghetto, irresponsible, rude, neglectful, arrogant, tyrant, unwilling and unempathetic to assist in such a sensitive matter towards my families unexpected illness. She even disrespected the agent from booking.com that was on the phone assisting us.
