Location was right near city center. Easy walking distance to downtown and Sun Studios. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown.
Negatives:
There was construction on the facade of the building and the construction workers were trimming styrofoam insulation and letting in blow all over the site. Probably a respiratory hazard for guests and definitely an environmental hazard.
