Could not get extra towels and sheets, the roof being fixed and the old shingles, nails, and boards being dumped onto the parking lot and hitting the rail wail leaving with my Granddaughter who is two years old. It was very dangerous. It was also very messy and dirty. Very unhappy

Floors were not mopped in our room before we arrived and the two nights we stayed. Toilet seat was broken and not attached. Toilet would not flush properly and couldnt watch tv because you had to call the front desk to get someone to come program it every time we turned it off to either leave out for a couple of hours or when we woke up to watch some news.
