I only ended up staying because I arrived late at night and I was exhausted. I wish I had the energy to leave and looked for a different place. The only good thing was the bed: at least that was clean.
Negatives:
IT WAS FILTHY! The worse place I have ever stayed. Avoid at all cost! Insect droppings in the sink. Brown bath tub. Falling down wet ceilings. Uninstalled fire alarm. Filthy corners.
Do not stay here. Btw this is my first review, ever!

My air conditioner went out in my home earlier that same day... it is 97 degrees in my city and I needed a hotel room for 2 night stay. I got off work 10pm got online and booked the room accidentally booked the wrong day. I booked for the next day when I arrived at the hotel 20mins later The staff was Rude. ..at check -
in. It was late night when we arrived around 10:35 or 11pm. . I had booked the wrong date. So I Went back online to change it and was charged a nights stay for making the change that I had booked not even 30 minutes prior to arrival The employee told me rudely I didn't have a hotel stay booked when I looked to give the confirmation number I realized I'd booked for the next day. Once I found out about the charge for making a change I had my spouse rebook and pay for the room with his Card i was so upset. I was being charged .for a nights stay i had only booked 30mins prior to attempting to change. .the next morning we go to work and get off work I had an errand to run my spouse went ahead of me to the room . Upon arrival to the hotel room he paid for 2 nights stay found himself locked out of the room we paid for 2 nights Sunday check out. Tuesday 11am snd were locked out. After only the 1st night. . So He went to front desk to see what the issue was. Because we had the funds to pay and I got a video call from my spouse saying the front desk Employee whom was someone totally different thsn the 1st wont allow him to get a key or access unless he sees MY identification so I held my drivers license to the phone and the employee proceeded to Nod with acceptance and allowed my spouse access to the room. I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY FROM BEGINNING TO END After this experience. I will. Just spend the money and book the MARRIOTT the
next time I have and emergency heating or air conditioner issue and need a comfortable place to go
