The staff and the noise from the railroad tracks across from the hotel and the staff cursed me out told me to kiss his ass because he thought I was getting coffee in a personal cup but I had went out and got coffee they are very unprofessional two cars got stole off the lot why we were there a lot of drug activity goes on there we left to go out and when we came back all our stuff was gone in our room because the guy had an attitude when we was checking in so he didn't check us in properly and they thought that we were gone that was scary but thank God we had got all our stuff back just as the mage was going through our bags to get what they wanted out of it I wouldn't advise nobody to stay there it's not safe a whole lot of drug activity goes on there and they are aware of it it's very noisy I wouldn't stay there again if it was free

There were only hand towels in the room. Could hardly understand the woman when we checked in because she mumbled her question so quietly. Sunday morning breakfast ended at 9AM. Elavators didnt work.

The room was stuffy, smelled of mildew, the sheets were damaged (cigarette burns?), bedding was not clean, the bed was not comfortable, the bed was not level, loud music next door kept us awake, this was one of the grossest hotels Ive ever stayed in

Elevators were down and the room had an awful egg like smell when we first got there, I always bring glade or febreeze to every hotel because I expect the rooms to smell and I’m glad I did because it was pretty bad! We sprayed and left the door open for about 45 minutes and the smell was gone so not a terrible issue, just one to be prepared for, didn’t feel the cleanest in the bathroom / shower but after wiping it down it was okay

There is a major highway construction close by, limited parking and detours entering and leaving the property. The TV service went out on two different days during my stay ( when in doubt, unplug it, and , taadaa, TV works again) front desk stated nothing could be done until the next morning.

The maids clearly took pride in their jobs. My room was clean and the bed nicely made.
The breakfast was non existent. There were biscuits but no gravy. They ran out of eggs and waffles by 8 a.m. and there was no meat at all. They had 4 tables for the entire hotel, and a sign that said, "Do not leave with food." Like where would you like us to go?

The elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The stairwells were dark, dirty, and smelly. The clerk, while not rude, was not kind either.The location is right in the middle of all the I55 bridge construction.
