Easy to get to and have my dog with me.
Negatives:
The front desk worker was rude, and confrontational. He argued with me to get my personal things and my dog out of the room at check out. The check out time printed on the door is noon. He argued that it was 11am. I stepped out to go to my vehicle and the key card would not work to get back in as I was leaving. He refused to open the door for me until I told him my dog was still in the room. I think he was trying to steal my belongings.

Bedding uncomfortable old linens dirty microwave didn't work need code called went 26 hours without microwave 3 small used flat pillows floors showers toilet seat stained and peeling spiders in room polices on premise for fatal violence refrigerator hot air conditioner falling apart I bedside plug socket coming out of wall hanging dirty old style curtains I ashtray for 2, people smoking locks on door not secure just awful couldn't wait to get back home dangerous place never again doint go to Memphis horrible dead body 5 doors upstairs from me so scared be careful evil place

Roaches everywhere stunk and was disgusting. The AC stunk place was just gross and the owners are in denial and think there’s no problem.

The front desk man at the lobby was so mean and rude. There was an issue with booking.com and instead of being helpful, he kept running to the back room to get away from us and would yell at us if there was any miscommunications. And they had a security deposit of $100 which I didn’t see on the website.
