Negatives: The hotel room was disgusting, stained carpet throughout the room, the ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom above the tub. There were dead roaches underneath the kitchen sink and overall the room was awful and the staff was not helpful I complained to the front desk and they offered was someone to come and re-clean the room. There is no Gym there and the laundry does not work there. Overall I would say do not stay there, this use to be a really nice hotel but now it’s not worth the money.

Negatives: I used to love this property! Until they put me in a room that wasn’t good! Instead of moving me they had me check out at 8pm! I am pregnant and live 2 1/2 hours away. I have a 3 year old daughter with me as well.

Negatives: Should have been cleaner. Air intake was coated with grime. Toilet tissue holder was broken and appeared that last resident had placed it on the back of toilet (?). AC seemed to shut down in the night.

Negatives: Upon arrival, I learned the room I booked that the carpet was flooded/wet and the drying machine was still in the room. I was offered another room, but the room was not so clean. There was stains on the carpet, the countertops were dirty, curtains were dusty, the air vents were dirty. There was hair in the tub. The size of the room was great, but overall the stay was disappointing.

Negatives: The roaches. The blood stains. The dirty refrigerate. The funky room. The broken doors. The towels with hair in them. Did I mention THE ROACHES! This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. They have you sign a contract before you get to your room that says you can't get a refund. I entered the room and turned around to go to Walmart so my child and I could get through the weekend. After I left, it was cleaner than it probably had ever been. The pictures must be from when they first opened because it isn't like that now. @booking.com, you really need to remove this roach "hoe"tel from your site. You will lose customers.

Negatives: When I arrived, I was told they were at capacity, & I was turned away

Negatives: After traveling 800+ miles with two hungry kids we landed at 10:30pm on Saturday, 6/15. Nobody was at the front desk so I called the after hours check in number. Once an employee arrived, he told me my reservation I made on 6/2 had been canceled due to an inactive credit card; the same card I used to reserve room in two other cities and the rental car. I was told I needed to contact Booking.com, and email was sent to me that day while we were on the road. The email actually arrived 20 minutes AFTER we left to go to Embassy Suites for the night. Not sure if it was Booking.com or Sonesta Simply Suites' fault (both blamed one another). The next day the general manager agreed give us the next night free - a nice gesture. When we left we forgot my daughter's dresses in a garment bag in the closet. We didn't realize until we were in San Antonio, Texas for her fiancée's graduation from USAF BMT at Lacklland Air Force Base. While it was too late to retrieve her dresses for any of our events we tried to reach Sonesta to arrange a Fedex, or some way to get them home. I was regularly told to call back the next day because whomever answered could not understand English. When I finally got somebody who did, she said anything that is not an electronic device is thrown in the garbage. How very considerate! As a 30 year veteran of the hospitality industry I always said if somebody likes our service they might tell 2 or 3 people.....if they are unhappy with our service they will probably tell 10-20. In my case, I will share this with any and all people I know who travel
