It is a very cool hotel, and the lobby area is visually appealing. The restaurant on the property was okay for room service. The team member I worked with at check-in was incredibly friendly and even texted me info after I went to our room.
Negatives:
My interaction with their team member on check-out day was subpar. My room was nice; however, we had no hot water when showering. There also was the distinct stale smell that housekeeping came up to the room they tried to eliminate with air freshener.

The internet service was slow, and since the TV was a smart TV, we were unable to watch any television during our stay which was difficult since we were there during March Madness.

The South Main Arts District was a great area. I also loved the music theme of the hotel. It's a cute place.

It was hard to find out how to turn off the music in the room, but I figured it out.

If we had to say anything negative it would have to be about the breakfast. Hi Roy went down to have breakfast there. And decided to go across the street to the little caf. It was a lot better. I do have to say the location was outstanding and beautiful, but the food was not to our taste.

I DID NOT like paying for parking on hotel property. That was horrible to me. I couldnt tell that paying provided any benefit to my family and I!
